PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


SAP s key customers continuously extend and adapt their IT infrastructure and processes, to better serve evolving business needs while reducing cost and risk at the same time. SAP s Digital Business Services organization enables SAP s customers to consume SAP s recent innovations centered on a future-proof digital core SAP S/4HANA and modern next-generation cloud solutions as well as the SAP HANA Platform, and to effectively manage the transition from today s IT architecture.


Under the umbrella of the New MaxAttention, the Transformation Hub is designed to enable an advanced, scalable way of delivering relevant architecture guidance to the SAP front-office teams and customers directly. The Service Architect Transformation Hub is structured into these areas:


  • Support the front-office architects and account teams in their architecture related work with the customer, as a combination of process guidance and back-office like responsibility. Close collaboration with Transformation Hub counterparts ensures continuity throughout the journey of defining a customer IT strategy and providing guidance in conceptual and architectural questions typical for an IT transformation

  • Active delivery of strategy services service and architecture point of views together with the front-office architect role

  • Build and maintain a central knowledge hub, enabling a cross customer / cross industry and cross regional perspective to architecture-related topics

  • We are establishing team of architects in all regions representing a broad area of expertise, ranging from enterprise architecture to technical architecture and infrastructure.


    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


    Digital Transformation with S/4HANA is at the core cover both application-related topics but also IT strategy. The Service Architect Transformation Hub guides large enterprises through the digital transformation by identifying drivers for change, mapping those drivers to enablers in terms of application components or non-functional qualities and deriving an industry & customer-specific target architecture. From there, a roadmap for a multi-step transition is derived. Following up on this initial transition roadmap, the Transformation Hub architect continuously supports selected customers into the execution phase, in the role of a trusted advisor.


    As we are ramping up the Transformation hub operation, we will constantly have to define and refine processes and approach of the Transformation Hub itself. In this sense, you will actively shape concepts and content.


    Besides those customer-related activities, the Service Architect Transformation Hub takes a leading role in refining and evolving the service methodology. This includes knowledge documentation and collecting learnings from the deliveries for re-use by the service development groups, to further improve the service concepts and service content. We expect a share of 40% directly customer billable activities, and 60% activities for front-office enablement, delivery support and concept work.


    It is essential that the Service Architect Transformation Hub maintains a strong network within SAP Digital Business Services as well as SAP development; building up strategic working relationship across multiple locations will be critical.


    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


    Required skills



    • The candidate needs to be proficient in at least one LoB, out of Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate also has a strong background in at least one key industry

    • Knowledge on key qualities of cloud and on-premise solutions (qualities in the sense of how to integrate , how to extend , how to scale , )

    • Proven track record in advising large enterprises on IT strategy and enterprise architecture topics

    • Understanding of different Enterprise Architecture domains (Business, Application, Data & Technology)

    • Ability to turn customer requirements into requirements for an application architecture

    • Excellent visualization and communication skills

    • Willingness to support colleagues in the field ( back-office )

    • Ability to structure and document methodologies and best practices (whitepapers, presentations)

    • Enterprise Architecture certification or an equivalent practical experience is desired


    WORK EXPERIENCE



    • 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP / S/4HANA or at least one other key SAP application

    • Experience in working on SAP based architectures & general IT technology strategies for 5+ years

    • Strong experience with SAP products

    • Experience in working on enterprise Architecture artifacts (e. g. Business capability modeling as part of business architecture or application landscape design as part of application architecture)

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
