IT Product Architect
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 100,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & Hana Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications and collaborations solutions. Fundamentally, IT services is enabling SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with happy end users.
IT Application Services HR as part of IT Services is responsible for the End-to-End delivery supporting SAP s business processes in the areas of Human Resource.
We are hiring a Product Architect who acts as a lead for all tasks and activities to support the related IT Product HCM Payroll for the US ; drives continuous improvement and product quality. Have a good understanding of the SAP Product offering and its interaction between components and the interface technology with the focus in SAP HCM Payroll for the US.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Drives and coordinates end to end support and day to day operations within the Product area.
- Drives continuous improvement within the Product area in terms of operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction
- Engages with relevant stakeholders and provide technical, functional as well as business process knowledge within the Product area
- Stays up-to-date on functions, applications and new technologies relevant to the Product area
- Innovates when required and necessary
- Reviews and approve all aspects of change within the Product area, including participation in relevant review or decision boards
- Ensures Product area is compliant with Global IT technical, quality and process standards
- Promotes SAP runs SAP
- Triggers and supports improvements within the Product area through standard feedback channels
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Technical experience with SAP HCM Payroll specifically for US country payroll knowledge
- Good knowledge of local legal payroll requirement for US
- Technical experience with interface management (ALE, XI / PI)
- Knowledge in the following areas is a plus: ABAP OO, UI5
- Can identify, understand and review customer needs, objectives and business requirements, in order to ensure and safeguard the design & implementation of operational IT solutions
- Team player, proactive networking, results and execution focus, motivated to work in an international and intercultural environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Fluent in English
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related discipline
- 1+ years professional working experience in SAP Application related project delivery, ideally in SAP HCM

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
